In order to heal to 100% and every part of one's body to 100% without anything bad happening, one must simply say tease and then the persons name they want to heal and/or their family as well or as long as its something like that. // @ Just light a white candle before the next full moon. Someone can light a candle for the/or another person using it and/or one for everyone using it that very month would also be included and work as well as long as a candle is lit it should be okay  or someone can light a candle for you and you can use this spell as much as you want, but no matter how many times you use it, it is good for forever its still one lit candle by the next full moon per unlimited use for forever.  You can also post a picture of a lit candle, or draw one to a journal. It's just the spell has to recognize a candle being lit to something for the duration of the month.
